Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Be self-directed;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to recognize and identify customer needs through a diagnostic listening approach to build relationships with customers and non-customers;
  • Be motivated to make effective high-touch calls to generate deposit, loan and wealth management related business and referrals;
  • Knowledge of account opening experience;
  • Be a team player that motivates others to generate referrals for new business;
  • Be involved in the community in order to serve and generate contacts for potential new business;
  • Advanced knowledge of common office skills, as well as computer skills.
  • Banking experience (preferred)
