Position : Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) Indianapolis, IN Psych Practice

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our outpatient psychiatric practice in Indianapolis, IN.

This full-time role involves a blend of back-office medical assisting and administrative duties, supporting a dynamic and expanding team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administer injections, perform phlebotomy, IVs, and take vitals (manual and machine)
• Accurately interpret and document vital readings
• Manage back-office tasks, including medication orders
• Assist with front-office duties : answer phones, take messages, return patient inquiries
• Provide polished, professional, and friendly patient interaction

Qualifications :

• Experience : 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant
• Skills : Strong phlebotomy and injection skills, administrative capability, and patient-focused care
