The Division of Development and Alumni Relations has an exciting opportunity for a Data Integrity Representative to work in Coral Gables, FL. General Overview: The Data Integrity Representative processes and posts biographic transactions related to fundraising efforts into the CRM system in an accurate and timely manner. This position is responsible for varied functions including- entering individual updates, researching contact information, merging constituents, and maintaining an accurate database with correct donor/prospect biographical information. The incumbent will serve as a point of contact for all departments and areas within the division regarding biographic transactions related to fundraising. He/she is responsible for working with requestors to ensure their requests for biographic updates are fulfilled completely and accurately. CORE JOB FUNCTIONS Enter constituent biographic transactions into the CRM system using validated processes and procedures. Conduct research to identify accurate contact information for constituents. Use analysis and decision-making skills to merge constituent records. Process batch exceptions when necessary. Process returned mail and make updates in the CRM system as necessary. Respond to requests from Fundraisers and other users in a professional, prompt and courteous manner. Reviews and updates monthly quality control reports to maintain database accuracy and data integrity. Adheres to University and unit-level policies and procedures and safeguards University assets. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Any relevant education, certifications and/or work experience may be considered. Skill in data entry with minimal errors. Skill in collecting, organizing and analyzing data. Skill in reviewing information to assess validity and accuracy based on source and other context clues. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in both oral and written form. Ability to work independently and/or in a collaborative environment. Commitment to the University’s core values.
