Biller/Posting Clerk

Smith Haven Auto is looking for a smart and efficient individual to join our Billing Team.

This Position is NOT remote.

A qualified individual for this position will be detailed oriented, well organized, able to work on a team and can handle multiple tasks at once. A person in this position will work alongside other team members in the department and be responsible for the daily and various billing processes required in the automotive industry.

Tasks may include but are not limited to;

Posting invoices in the accounting system

verifying accuracy of data within the data system

inputting and calculating various aspects of a car deal

Identifying and posting the costs associated with a sales deal

We are willing to work with you! Dealertrack experience is preferred, but is not required. Experience is a bonus, but we will train the right candidate! We offer a comprehensive benefit package, and salary will be based upon experience.
