We are currently looking for a Store Manager for our new Twin Falls location who is fun, energetic—and wants to grow with us.

Things we would need you to do:
  • Hire, train, motivate, and mentor the staff
  • Meet sales goals by taking really good care of our customers
  • Be comfortable ordering and preparing food
  • Set staff schedule and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
  • Propose innovative ideas to increase revenue and profitability
  • Deal with any complaints or grievances with grace and empathy
  • Be a shining example of good behavior and high performance

Salary: $43,000 - $48,000 per year, inclusive of tips and incentives based on an hourly wage.
