Les référentiels de définition mis à disposition pour les ateliers assurent le respect du modèle défini par le Central (exemple : cru, cuit, matériau, loi de cuisson, matériaux auxiliaires, Arincos,…) Les référentiels de méthodes mis à disposition pour les ateliers sont cohérents aux standards fournis par le Central et contribuent à la conformité du produit fabriqué." Les méthodes d’assurance qualité et les standards centraux (maitrise procédé, uniformité, mesure, statistiques, architecture, fiches techniques…) ainsi que les bonnes pratiques MW/EO sont mis en œuvre Les analyses de risques liées à toute évolution / création (PMPM²) sont réalisées et mises à jour périodiquement.
