- Work individually and cross-functionally to provide information to determine the efficiency of promotions
- Analyze, pull and report sales, Point of Sale (POS) and inventory data
- Draw insights from data and present those insights in meaningful and creative ways using a combination of charts, power point slides, Power BI and other tools
- Strengthen the customer relationship through creation of scheduled category management activities, including joint business planning
- Understand industry/ market, economic, consumer and category trends and translate those insights into actionable strategic business recommendations to achieve both Schrader Brand and customer goals and objectives
- Apply data-driven analytics to evaluate the marketplace and competitive data to optimally align pricing strategies within the marketplace and store-specific zones
- Evaluate the day-to-day pricing activities across multiple merchandise categories
- Evaluate, suggest and help manage SKU assortment for key accounts
- Support Pricing Department activities and prepare price analysis for management
- Compile data from multiple sources to provide analysis & problem solving for complex issues relating to category performance, pricing impact and reporting
- Maintain database to ensure integrity within the system
- Compile miscellaneous reports as required
- General administrative duties
- Other various tasks as assigned

- Bachelor degree in Business Mgmt., Accounting/Finance or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years category management or business analytics experience
- Understanding of automotive aftermarket distribution channels
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Very strong in Excel & experience with Access and Power BI preferred)
- ERP/Oracle and Tableau experience a plus
- Experience in Data compilation and Visualization with exceptional eye for detail
- Capable and interested in learning new computer software
- Strong presentation skills, including effective communication of clear insights from detailed analysis (Delivery to senior levels of Customer and Sensata management)
- Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects, set priorities, plan and adapt
- General administrative skills
- Delta Associates Bronze/Silver Certification preferred
- Fact-based selling experience a plus
- Up to travel 15%
- Desire to learn new skills
- Interest in automotive industry
- Must be able to work independently within a strong team environment
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
