Job Description The Regional Vice President of Sales will lead a team of SMB Sales Directors along with an Account Management Director and is a People Leader position. This role will report to the Senior Vice President of Sales and is responsible for developing and executing strategic and tactical initiatives to meet key servicing, sales and portfolio growth objectives. Additionally, a successful RVP of sales will work to continually improve the sales and relationship management processes to optimize outcomes, provide forecast accuracy, become an industry expert and trusted advisor internally and externally, work cross-functionally across the organization, and provide an exceptional experience for our customers and key stakeholders. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience 10 or more years of relevant experience Key Responsibilities Provide support, guidance, strategy and coaching to direct reports along with regional teammates Develop a winning team through recruiting, hiring, and mentoring Monitor and report on sales activity and forecasting to senior sales management Develop and execute successful sales campaigns Successfully manage client escalations and issues Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate business goals Grow and maintain productive partner relationships Grow regional portfolio through attrition management and customer satisfaction Preferred Skills/Experience Strong leadership presence: ability to inspire and communicate vision of excellence Demonstrated success in building and scaling a sizable field sales organization Considerable knowledge of sales and sales strategies Problem escalation and resolution skills Excellent service and follow up skills Ability to make critical decision independently Team player with excellent collaboration skills A well-established pattern of achievement, competitive skills, energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and integrity is critical to being successful in this role In-depth experience with sales reporting, territory planning & management, and incentive compensation Strong understanding of portfolio management and attributes If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.
