The IT Client Services Support Analyst works within the infrastructure team responsible for the American region. You will provide level 2-3 technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to telephony, mobility, computer hardware, software and peripherals. IT Client Services Support Analyst Responsibilities 2nd and 3rd level IT Support for hardware, software, telephony and A/V. Perform root cause analysis, develop checklists for typical problems and recommend procedures and controls for problem prevention. Monitor, update and resolve service requests and incidents via ServiceNow. Create documentation for end user support or departmental support, design and provide training. work with the project manager to gather technical specifications required to complete the project and provide recommendations. Maintain facility security applications, ensure compliance to required regulations. Rotational on call weeks require 24/7 accessibility and on-call as needed during off hours. Willingness and ability to travel as required. Education High School degree a must, associates or bachelor's degree desired Experience Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to clearly define project technical specifications evaluate and problem-solving. A good understanding of virtualization (VMware) Strong customer service skills and communication required. Experience with Microsoft office applications required as well as phone system, PC hardware and software knowledge. Minimum of 8 years' experience in the IT support field. A good understanding of installation and configuration of SAN/NAS/DAS. Broad technical knowledge of DNS, DHCP, TCPIP, VoIP, MS Server, MS Exchange, ADS, WAN & WLAN technology TRUMPF is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
