What are the responsibilities and job description for the 24/7 Locksmith position at 24/7 Emergency Lockout Service?
at 24/7 emergency lockout service I am looking for hard working, reliable, trustworthy independent contractors.
We will be on call 24/7. Although you arent expected to work all day everyday because I have recently started my company I would prefer candidates who are invested into their career and want to eventually progress with the company.
You will be required to drive your own vehicle and pay for your own gas.
You will be required to either purchase your tools before you start or take a cut in your commission percentage initially until you have paid all of your tools off.
You will spend time riding with me and practicing training learning to install, repair and rekey locks as well as perform emergency service for a couple of days while we prepare your tool set and order everything you need. Once I feel as if you have a good grasp on the job I will let you start to take care of service request alone.
Job duties & training include
automotive lockout, residential lockout, commercial lockout
residential rekey, repair and installation. commercial rekey, repair and installation.
You will start at 10-15% commission while you are training and riding with me.
Once you are in your own vehicle and on your own you will start to receive 25% commission. After 2-4 weeks on the job once you have proven yourself, I will raise your commission to 30%.
