THE ROLE:
In this role, you will spearhead the full-cycle recruitment process for temporary and entry-level positions at 24 Hour Home Care. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in Talent Acquisition operations, providing support to internal Talent Acquisition teams and driving continuous improvements to enhance overall recruitment efficiency. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
This is a fully remote position and minimal travel may be required quarterly.
The expected California Pay Range for this position is $23 - $25/hour.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
Proven ability to build relationships with hiring managers and develop a keen understanding of multifaceted business units
Understanding how to manage the full recruitment process and candidate workflow through an Applicant Tracking tool (Greenhouse preferred)
