THE ROLE:

In this role, you will help families and providers navigate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and positive start to direct services. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Manage and track all aspects of the applicant and provider pipeline
• Conduct intakes and complete assessments for new and ongoing consumers
• Schedule families and providers for assessments or trainings
• Assist families with submitting required documents
• Respond to consumer questions and concerns
• Ensure compliance with all Regional Center and other applicable requirements

You will collaborate with your dynamic team in person 1x per week at our Concord office.

The expected California Pay Range for this position is $23 an hour. In addition, there is a targeted annual bonus of $5,000, capped at $10,000.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Must be fluent in Spanish 
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Ensures that referrals are addressed and documented within the proper timelines that are outlined in the office’s Referral Response and Tracking Policy
• Positive “Can Do” attitude
• Able to exercise discretion with confidential information
