Requirements of the job:
- Hiring Only for the Dallas / FT. Worth Area, a 30-mile radius of 75287
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Minimum 1 year customer service representative (required)
- Minimum 1 year basic computer skills (required)
- Workspace set up in-home that is quiet and separated from all noise and distractions (required)
- Reliable high speed internet (required)
- Successfully pass a drug screen & background check (required)
- Minimum 1 year inbound call center experience (preferred)
- Or/and 1 minimum year inbound chat experience (preferred)
- 30 WPM & 90% accuracy (required)
- 45 WPM & 90% accuracy (preferred)
- Strong reading comprehension and written communication skills (intermediate or expert)
- Telephone Etiquette: (intermediate or expert)
- Grammar / Communication Skills (intermediate or expert)
