Job Description PFMAM is currently seeking an industry professional to assist with OCIO (Outsourced CIO) client management for its investment advisory practice. This role will be completely focused on servicing institutional investors. In terms of plan sponsor type, this position will most likely be focused on the Public and Taft Hartley market segments. Other market segments that could be involved in this role are servicing Corporate and Non-Profit institutional investors. PFMAM' s OCIO business focuses on the middle-market and is national in scope. All applicants should have a solid understanding of the institutional investment market and, ideally, experience working with institutional investors. Responsible for providing high-quality client service, which entails conducting (quarterly) investment meetings with institutional plan sponsors. These meetings could be held via the phone, virtually or in-person. Educate clients and prospects on current market events and investment opportunities. Help expand the PFMAM outsourced CIO business by identifying sales leads. Support other PFMAM colleagues in their sales, marketing and service activities as appropriate. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Seven or more years of related experience, preferably in portfolio management, sales, marketing, or relationship management with institutional clients - FINRA series 6 and 63 licensed or complete series 6 and 63 testing within 120 days of start date Preferred Skills/Experience - Capital Markets knowledge and experience - In-depth knowledge of the company's products and services - Strong relationship management and business development/sales skills - Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups in managing customer relationships - Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants. The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
