Job Summary:

The Sales Manager is accountable for identifying and delivering business growth within the continental USA and Global Markets. With the increased trend for virtual/remote customer engagement, the Sales Manager is expected to navigate and fully leverage both selling environments. A high percentage of customer engagements would be remote, so proficiency in verbal/written communications as well as emerging digital tools is critical.

  • Ability to grow and build sales territory, highly self-guided, analytical, and organized.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills; highly competitive, tenacious, and self-motivated
  • Strong selling skills. Ability to persuade, negotiate and close.
  • Comfortable speaking to large groups
  • Digitally savvy and quick to adopt new technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a vertical sales plan for channel partners/regions on an annual basis.
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with current and new accounts.
  • Work with the marketing department on planning and execution of marketing activities throughout the region or market
  • Manage accounts to successfully have the correct level of order intake, inventory, and demand for distribution activities.
  • Develop a strategy on market trends and market share.
  • Sell and promote company products.
  • Build and grow relationships with buyers that will drive sales.
  • Consistently identify and engage in new business opportunities.
  • Develop, with the support of the company’s management, a territory business plan prioritizing the largest/most profitable opportunities.
  • Build and maintain successful working relationships with all internal teams and third parties, to deliver business results.
  • Represent 24K Cosmetics and its brands at trade shows and all business meetings associated with sales.
  • Analyze monthly sales forecasts and present results at internal team meetings.
  • Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures
  • Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service.
  • Setting sales quotas and goals
  • Overseeing and directing the performance of the sales team
  • Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5 years of sales background, preferably in national and international markets
  • Proven track record of superior sales achievement.
  • Excellent communication skills (internal and external, all levels)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Preferred qualifications:

  • Superior knowledge and demonstrated skills in sales techniques, customer interaction, and customer relations.
  • Analytical thinking capability, leveraging data-driven arguments to make decisions.
  • Customer Orientation: ability to understand, communicate and meet customer needs.
  • Negotiation skills and expertise; ability to cope with ambiguity, work through complex problems and manage conflict.
  • Ability to execute and communicate compelling value propositions and strategy.
  • Ability to manage varying business cycles.
  • Strong knowledge of managing products
  • Distributor sales experience. Experience in growing sales and market share, and account development

  • 3 years of sales experience
