24Restore is a leading disaster restoration company seeking another Dispatcher / Scheduler for our growing Communication Center department.

Requirements
- Prior customer service
- Dispatch experience or willing to be trained
- Ability to multi-task
- Must be able to prioritize and problem solve
- Must be positive and energetic
- Must have computer and multi-line phone experience
- Must have strong desire to grow and learn
Dispatchers / Schedulers Main Responsibilities Include the Following :
- Answer and re-directing incoming calls
- Take new loss information
- Prioritize new losses
- Schedule service crew appointments as needed
- Appointment follow-up
- Perform basic office duties
- Assist with receiving visitors in the facility
Compensation : $18 / Hour Bonus
Job Types : Full-time, Part-time
