About us
252 Imports is an automotive repair shop specializing in European and Japanese vehicles.
We are in search of the right person to fill a job position as an automotive service advisor. Some automotive experience and knowledge is required for this position. Applicants must have good communication skills and be able to type well. Some of the job duties are as follows:
- Greet and develop an ongoing relationship with customers
- Write and verify accurate repair orders
- Work with technicians to determine necessary repairs/ Generate estimate based on needed repairs
- Help customers care for and maintain their vehicles
- Set up service appointments that align with the customer and technicians’ schedules
- Serve as liaison between the customer and the technician.
- Support service center goals for service by generating high sales of services and parts
- Inspect vehicles and apply proper resources to accurately identify and verify vehicle mileage and service needs
- Identify repeat repairs in customer’s best interest
- Contact customers to keep them in the loop throughout the repair process and communicate when the vehicle is ready for pickup
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
