Position Summary: The Global Data PMO Lead is a key senior leadership role within the Global Data Strategy and Business Operations team; establishing standards and best practices to successfully deliver our enterprise Data Organization portfolio including progress to plan for the management of programs, products and underlying projects, maintaining visibility of the major initiatives efficiently and on budget.. This role needs to have the strong ability to lead an agile transformation, influencing teams to transform their ways of working, establishing a step by step plan to build new capabilities across teams. Key Responsibilities: Establishment of standards, processes and procedures, along with best practices to establish PMO capabilities across the global Data Organization. Ability to manage financial health of a 100M portfolio, including the business value derived from investments through the delivery of AI products, data platforms, service delivery and people transformation. Be the change agile agent for portfolio, program and project management capabilities within the digital data team. Champion simplicity & focus in portfolio & project management & monitoring, focusing on value-added practices. Embed technologies to standardize the management of programs, products and projects. Assist VPs and program leaders in managing strategic programs. Establish effective PMO function, regulating regular reporting, quarterly governance reporting, tracking of KPIs for corporate strategy and prioritizing efforts based on overall portfolio. Lead and communicate the change and ensure adoption of required capabilities. Enable embedded reporting and tracking across the data portfolio, working hand in hand with the strategy team to execute critical initiatives. Manage the run business operations for the Data Organization’s portfolio, including integration with Finance, Procurement and other corporate functions. Manage the run operations of the data program, including application and support services. Robust leadership of stakeholders through execution, while integrating to broader digital and corporate standards and initiatives. Support management and allocation of centralized resources from centers of excellence for deployment across major data and AI initiatives. Key Requirements: Education in business, engineering or computer sciences at a Bachelor’s level. PMP or similar project management certification preferred. Agile and Scrum certifications would be preferred. 10 years of relevant experience. Demonstrated strategy-to-implementation consulting experience across digital and the establishment of PMO functions. Demonstrated use of technologies to manage portfolios, facilitate agreement and manage products (e.g. JIRA). Demonstrated ability in the establishing of portfolio management office and associated practices in complex environments. Experience in coaching and leading agile transformations, and building a team and culture around agile practices. Demonstrated experience in managing large, multi-million dollar transformations, establishing the vision for major programs. Understanding of best practices in product management skillsets. Experience leading cross-functional stakeholders to execute high-impact projects. Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills to develop individuals and teams. Working in a technical environment and with excellent understanding of analytics environments. Technical analytics and data skills (e.g. PowerBI experience). Comfortable in using PPM tools such as JIRA. Strategic thinker and results driven. Bias for action, with excellent problem-solving skills, analytical and strategic capabilities. Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in autonomy with limited guidelines in a complex stakeholder environment. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
