Kitchen and Bath Design Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assist in Design Development: Collaborate with our senior designers to help conceptualize and develop kitchen and bath design plans, layouts, and ideas.
• Material and Product Selection: Work on selecting materials, finishes, and fixtures, and assist in creating material boards for client presentations.
• Client Interaction: Engage with clients, helping to understand their needs and preferences while providing exceptional service.
• Designing: Utilize design software, such as 2020 Design, AutoCAD and Sketchup to create detailed plans, elevations, and 3D models.
• Project Management: Assist in coordinating and managing the design projects, ensuring they stay on track and within budget.
• Stay Updated: Keep yourself updated on the latest trends, products, and design techniques to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Qualifications:

• A passion for interior design, specifically in the field of kitchen and bath design.
• 2020 Design knowledge required.
• Basic knowledge of design software like AutoCAD and Sketchup is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A degree or coursework in interior design or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• A willingness to learn, adapt, and collaborate in a creative and dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
