We are seeking a Construction Estimator with homes custom projects experience and purchasing experience. The ideal candidate will be very comfortable with numbers.

Responsibilities:
· Review documents or consult experts to collect all necessary data
· Analyze data and produce forecasts
· Perform risk analysis
· Prepare detailed reports or bids for submission to appropriate parties
· Select advantageous deals by evaluating offers and quotes
· Foster relationships with key vendors (subcontractors, architects, etc.)
Skills:
· 5 years of experience with custom homes projects
· 4 years proven work experience in Residential Construction Purchasing with focus on Planning/Sourcing/Negotiations
· Must be local
· Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
· Deep understanding of research methodology, data analysis, and estimation metrics
· Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
· Proficient blueprint reading and interpretations.
· Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
· Well-organized and reliable
