We are seeking a Construction Estimator with industrial project experience to join our team! Ideal candidate is someone with broad conceptual estimating experience and a strong knowledge of regional codes.

Responsibilities:
· Acquire an understanding of the requirements of the project/program at hand
· Select metrics to produce valid estimates
· Review documents or consult experts to collect all necessary data
· Analyze data and produce forecasts
· Perform risk analysis
· Prepare detailed reports or bids for submission to appropriate parties
· Select advantageous deals by evaluating offers and quotes
· Foster relationships with key vendors (subcontractors, architects, etc.)
Skills:
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Experience with TI & ground-up projects
- Experience with industrial projects
- Ability to read plans & specifications
- Ability to perform take offs both paper and electronic
- Possess a strong understanding of commercial construction
- Experience with building out spreadsheet bid forms
- Experience with subcontractor negotiations & relationship development
- Tech & computer proficient; Excel spreadsheets & Microsoft Office
- Strong in mathematics
- Organized
- Detail Oriented
- Good communication skills
