Production Technician

What You'll Do:

• Use your problem-solving skills to address challenges, minimize waste, and support both customers and team members.
• Receive ongoing training in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement techniques.
• Take ownership of your tasks and responsibilities.
• Operate light manufacturing equipment effectively.
• Identify and learn from errors and defects.
• Assist with warehousing and inventory management.
• Ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Clean, organize, and enhance your workspace.

• Ability to lift 70 lbs to shoulder height.
• Ability to stand or walk for an 8 hour shift.
