What We Need:

The HR Coordinator is a trusted and valued member of the HR team to support a phenomenal candidate and employee experience. The successful HR Coordinator will have strong problem solving and decision-making skills that help connect the HR area to our employees.

What You Will Do:

• Assist HR, L&D and Recruiting in carrying out various HR programs and processes
• Be the first point of contact for employee questions and assist in guiding them to the information they need
• Partner with Recruiting to support interview scheduling, and prepare new hire onboarding.
• Support employee welcome and onboarding, including I-9 documentation and verification
• Participate in new hire orientations
• Maintain HRIS records and reporting
• Assists with audit of payroll, benefits or other HR programs as needed
• Responds to unemployment requests and employment verifications in a timely manner
• Coordinate FMLA, LOAs and ADA processes and paperwork
• Electronically files documents into appropriate employee files
• Assist in organizational training and development efforts
• Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and standard processes

What Will Make You a Great Fit:

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field preferred, but not required
• At least 1-3 years Human Resources experience required, including exposure to HR administrative functions
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Experienced with MS Office, G Suite, Workday and Greenhouse a plus
• Adaptable with a learning attitude
• An employee-focused outlook with a high level of discretion and integrity
