What We Need
The Operations Manager leads cross organizational operations and project management. You will participate in strategic decisions while developing plans and implementing these plans.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the definition, roll-out, and implementation of budgeting process
- Lead training projects as from planning, scheduling, to tracking and improvements
- Lead events and communications projects across the organization and communications external to the organization
- Support organizational leadership to coordinate organization-wide standards development and reporting
- Lead roll-out of new and improved processes across organization
- Be the link between organizations within 2K and T2
- Lead through change request process by communicating to collaborators on the nature of the change request, the cost of changes and the prioritization of the changes
What Will Make You A Great Fit
- Minimum of 5 years of project management or operations management experience
- PMP Certification (or Scrum certification) an asset
- Excellent process approach and documentation ability, previous process reengineering experience an added advantage
- Project Management software experience including JIRA, Confluence, Shotgrid, Miro, Lucid-chart or other visualization and diagramming tools
- Experience with mediation and conflict resolution across all levels of an organization
- People management experience with performance tracking and career development planning
- Deep comfort in leading through influence
- Previous vendor management experience in distributed development is a big plus
