What We Need:
2K is looking for an exceptional leader to join our Product Team. This role will work alongside technical leaders and executive staff to build a long-term strategy, lead product and company-wide initiatives, and drive execution to ship mobile, web, and desktop experiences that have a direct impact on over 100 million players every year.
Additional priorities for this role include defining the systems, strategy, and experiences that attract, retain, and engage the greatest gamers in the world. This role will drive building the backend and business systems to help facilitate faster, better, and more unified development across the Worldwide network of Studios.
What You Will Do:
- Lead, build and mentor a new and evolving Product team.
- Partner with Product Management leads their direct reports, and cross-functional counterparts to define the 2K product roadmap, vision, and strategy for how we build experiences and engagement products across our applications.
- Manage team budgets, metrics, and resource needs. Present recommendations to senior leadership to ensure a positive impact on the product roadmap and overall metrics.
- Advocate the product vision and strategy, monitor product progression.
- Participate in discussions about why customers engage with our products. Become their voice and represent their needs throughout the development process.
- Define clear and concise focus areas based on desired business outcomes, priorities to improve, and defining milestones to achieve goals.
- Work closely with our product teams to develop new features and workflows that help unlock the potential of all teams to deliver more value to our players.

Desired Skills:
- Minimum of (10 ) years of product management and/or product development experience
- Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to influence people and build rapport at all levels and in various functions.
- Passionate about games/entertainment products and creating fun and engaging products for players.
- Knowledge of multi-cloud solutions (AWS, Google, Azure)
- Willing to travel up to 25% of the time
