Mental Health Clinician (Must Be in-training or LCPC, LCSW, LMFT)

3 Rivers Mental Health Solutions a Licensed Mental Health Center is recruiting for the positions of program supervisor and full-time or part time Mental Health Clinician (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT) including in training practitioners who have or will have their Montana in-training practitioner license. This position provides individual, group, and family therapies to clients of the mental health center, as well as community clients not otherwise associated with the center. The clinician will also provide clinical guidance and support to front line staff as a member of a treatment team. The position provides psychological diagnostic interviews as well as therapy to adults with severe and disabling mental illness seeking mental health center services. Services are also provided to community clients without SDMI diagnosis. Three Rivers is a robust mental health center providing psychiatric medication management by 3 psychiatrist's, case management, community support staff, mental health group home services, adult day treatment, adult foster care, and out patient therapy

Requirements:
Currently recruiting fully licensed or "in-training" LCPC, LCSW, LMFT in the state of Montana. There is potential for supervision in house to those with an in training license depending on your licensing boards requirements. If the applicant's license is "in-training" and engaged or will be engaged with outside supervision, the outside supervisor must meet the requirements of the involved licensing board and provide relevant documentation to the practitioner.

Salary and compensation:

The salary range in this post is depending upon experience, position, and license status.

Compensation includes a generous bonus structure, paid vacation time, paid holidays, provision of supervision; all depending on position.
