Responsibilities:
- Assist with food production and preparation, following established recipes and guidelines
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Assist with processing at the farm when needed
Skills:
- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in the hemp or cannabis industry.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and accuracy in food preparation
- Flexibility to work evenings
