Secures accounts to prevent losses. Basic Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent - Three to five years of related work experience Preferred Skills/Experience - Ability to interpret technical and administrative instructions to answer recurring questions and use as a guide in solving similar problems or situation - Experience with loss mitigation - Effective verbal and written communication skills - Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications - This position reviews large volumes of accounts for possible fraud situations. The ideal candidate will be able to evaluate the risk potential in order to take appropriate action to mitigate loss. Quick decision-making skills are a plus. -Candidates should be capable of excelling in individual and teamwork environments and be very detail orientated.
