Account Coordinator
300Brand seeks hard-working, detail-oriented, and driven professionals to go above and beyond for our technology clients. A 300Brand Account Coordinator supports marketing, events, and communication programs for clients in the Government IT industry. Account coordinators have the opportunity to take on a wide variety of projects and responsibilities in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment.
Location: 300Brand Headquarters, Alexandria, Virginia
Classification: Regular, full-time position. This position is salaried, non-exempt and eligible for overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Primary Responsibilities
- Assist and support the 300Brand team in managing client accounts and related marketing needs
- Coordinate and manage virtual and in-person events, including developing social media and other marketing tactics to promote internal MeriTalk and external client events, managing registrations, conducting attendee and sponsor outreach, overseeing event logistics, securing and preparing speakers, developing program and promotional materials, and assisting as otherwise needed by 300Brand related to such events
- Coordinate and produce webinars
- Develop content and execute digital marketing, social media and demand generation campaigns
- Write and edit web copy, social media posts, backgrounders, fact sheets, bios, newsletters, press releases, and all types of marketing promotion copy on enterprise IT and government IT topics -- cloud computing, AI, cybersecurity, etc.
- Schedule and execute promotions for marketing programs
- Coordinate all aspects of media outreach, including media list development and maintenance, pitch development, press outreach, awards tracking and development, and coverage/results reporting
- Develop social media content and strategy, support social analytics and reporting
- Conduct research of client’s business and public sector IT industry to maintain a current knowledge base
- Maintain proactive, clear, and consistent communication with internal colleagues to meet project deadlines
- Deliver highly responsive service and build positive relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external)
- Build awareness and understanding of 300Brand’s portfolio of services
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Attend and participate at all office staff meetings and required education trainings
- Report to management any problems in implementing 300Brand policies and/or in performing job functions
Requirements
Education, Skills Required, and Other Requirements
- BA or BS degree; Marketing, PR, or Communications preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills -- must be able to edit and proof for clarity, consistency
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Ability to lift up to fifteen (15) lbs. in an office environment.
