What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Director position at 360 Youth Services?

The Executive Director will provide leadership to the 360 Youth Services staff and ensure program efficacy, strategic and organic growth, financials, compliance, etc. and serve as the public face for 360 Youth Services in the community and with key stakeholders. With a staff of 50 including 5 direct reports, the Executive Director will lead with confidence, integrity, compassion, strong communication skills, and critical thinking.
