Cleaning Supervisor

**ATTENTION: THE SELECTED SUPERVISOR MUST RESIDE IN THE TAMPA BAY AREA AND BE ABLE TO COMMUTE THROUGHOUT THE 33610 ZIP CODE AREA, HAVING RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION. FULL BACKGROUND CHECKS WILL BE CONDUCTED ON ALL INTERESTED CANDIDATES.**

**A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS OF SUPERVISOR/MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IN THE CLEANING INDUSTRY IS REQUIRED, WITH NO EXCEPTIONS.**

You will receive a $250 sign-on bonus after completing 60 days of full-time employment and meeting all supervisory standards and requirements. Furthermore, ongoing quarterly bonuses can be awarded once the supervisor consistently meets and surpasses both client and company expectations. However, the eligibility for these bonuses is subject to various factors.

The Supervisor role is but not limited to the following:

· Opening and closing shifts, ensuring all job assignments are completed properly, ensuring adequate inventory and storage of supplies, assigning tasks and projects, tracking application, answering phone calls from customers and staff members in addition to emailing, complete customer requests, and resolving daily operational issues.

· Follow departmental and other regulatory standards regarding all cleaning policies and procedures (using proper disinfectants, labeling chemical bottles, keeping an organized cart, etc.) Perform all essential functions following established safety and infection control requirements (perform hand hygiene, wear PPE, etc.)

· Must Complete Certified Healthcare Environmental Services Technician (CHEST) certification within 18 months of hire

· Submitting QAQC Reports

· Manage team and inspect their work

· Cleans assigned facilities and/or grounds for the purpose of maintaining a sanitary, safe, and attractive environment.

· Consults with management for the purpose of planning, prioritizing, and scheduling custodial activities and achieving site maintenance objectives.

· Delivers a variety of items for the purpose of distributing materials to the appropriate areas within site.

· Distributes custodial supplies and equipment for the purpose of disseminating materials to janitorial crew members and or storage areas.

· Inspects facilities for the purpose of ensuring that the site meets 36T standards, maintained in an attractive and clean condition, identifying necessary repairs to Facility Manager.

· Maintains supplies and equipment for the purpose of ensuring availability of custodial items required to properly maintain facilities and buildings.

· Monitors staff and guests in and around work areas for the purpose of preventing injuries and ensuring site safety.

· Participates in meetings and trainings for the purpose of conveying and or/gathering information required to perform job functions.

· Prepares written materials for the purpose of documenting activities and or relating activities to administration for action.
