Brand Ambassador

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and outgoing individual to join our team as a Brand Ambassador. As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent our company and promote our products or services to potential customers. This is an exciting opportunity to engage with the public, build brand awareness, and drive sales. Duties: - Communicate effectively with customers to create a positive brand experience - Conduct product demonstrations and provide information about our offerings - Collect data and feedback from customers to improve our marketing strategies - Assist with sales efforts by promoting products and closing deals - Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase brand visibility - Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns - Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute successful events Qualifications: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Comfortable with public speaking and presenting in front of large groups - Experience in conducting product demos or similar promotional activities - Bilingual proficiency is a plus, as it allows for effective communication with diverse audiences - Strong data collection and analysis skills to gather insights for marketing campaigns - Sales experience or a strong understanding of sales techniques is preferred - Ability to stigmatise the brand effectively and create a positive image in the minds of consumers - Proficient in social media management platforms for content creation and scheduling - Exceptional customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction during interactions - Previous experience in event marketing or related field is advantageous We offer competitive compensation for this position, including hourly pay and potential bonuses based on performance.
