3DE re-engineers high school education to be more relevant, experiential, and authentically connected to the complexities of the real world to fully prepare today's students for the demands of tomorrow's economy.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Director, Student Enrollment and Scheduling partners with 3DE School Leadership in developing student schedules; identifying high school course pathways; and differentiating organizational master scheduling supports for schools and districts. The Director, Student Enrollment and Scheduling will also maintain analysis of student enrollment data; provide equitable access to courses students need to complete their education requirements, and foster improvements in the master schedule decision-making and troubleshoot enrollment issues.

- Location: Remote; travel as needed
- Employment Type: Full-Time, School-based, 12 months
- Salary: Commensurate with experience
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in school administration and leadership
- Well-versed with high school master scheduling
- Understands high school course progressions and federal expectations
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree
- High school teaching experience
- Involved in corrective programs
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the overall approach to planning and implementation of a high school master scheduling process.
- Engage in school and District-wide conversations around student cohorts, teacher common planning, and teacher allocations.
- Ensure that master scheduling plans are implemented and executed consistently across the school and district.
- Make informed decisions by ensuring efficient use of staff and building resources.
- Build trusting relationships with school-based administrators, guidance counselors, and district leaders.
- Create structures to support career pathways, college-bound, acceleration, and equity for all students.
- Partner with potential districts and readiness schools for high-level collaboration around 3DE critical structural enablers.
- Perform routine reviews and checks to ensure that all schools stay within 3DE-established guidelines for interdisciplinary planning.
- Recommend improvements in the intent, purpose, and structure of the school-wide master schedule as it relates to 3DE implementation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the appropriate supervisor.
DEMONSTRATED ABILITIES / DESIRED EXPERIENCE
- Excellent oral and written communication skills delivered through a variety of mediums.

- Project management and execution in a dynamic high-demand environment.
- Knowledge of state law and district scheduling requirements.
- Clear understanding of federal, state, and student accommodations.
- Linear thinker, organized, solution-oriented, highly effective problem solver, approachable and relationship-driven.
- Strong track record of effective high school master scheduling.
- Master scheduling experience in multiple districts and/or in high schools with a variety of population sizes, academy structures, and advanced academic class scheduling.
