3Fold IT is currently seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Technician II to add to our team. This is a growth position that we are hoping to fill as soon as possible. Candidates must live in the Greater Milwaukee Area to be considered. This position is based out of our Wauwatosa office, but does require travel to client sites as needed.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a service desk role supporting end users in a Microsoft Windows environment both in person and remotely. Priority consideration will be given to those who have previous experience working in an MSP environment.
Minimum Technical Requirements
- 3 Years - Installing, configuring and troubleshooting Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems and applications.
- 3 Years - Installing, configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft Office 365 applications and services.
- 3 Years - Installing, configuring and troubleshooting PC desktops, laptops and mobile devices.
- 3 Years - Installing and troubleshooting network printers and scanners.

- First and foremost, CUSTOMER SERVICE. It’s in all caps for a reason. Our clients love us, it’s your responsibility to make sure they love you too!
- The ability to troubleshoot the most complex end user computing issues with little to no supervision. We have a strong technical team here, and can help when needed, but this role is for the person that has the technical aptitude and work ethic to come in and take full ownership of the “Desktop” side of the house.
- Be detail oriented in everything you do from documentation to time entries.
- Must be able to multi-task in high stress situations.

Pay: $58,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
