Registered Nurse, Corrections

The Wyoming Medium Correctional Institution contributes to public safety by exercising reasonable, safe, secure and humane management, while actively providing offenders opportunities to become law-abiding citizens.

We’re currently seeking a Corrections RN to join our amazing team.

Details of the Corrections RN opening:

  • Anticipated start date: ASAP
  • Hourly rate: $45-50
  • Anticipated duration of assignment: 13 weeks
  • Anticipated schedule: Days, 3x12s
  • Must be within 40 miles of 82240

Qualifications for the Corrections RN:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse with active license(s) in the state(s) in which employed and practices.
  • Two year(s) of nursing experience
  • Current BLS/BCLS and/or ACLS certifications / NIHSS
  • Educated on and follows HIPAA regulations; maintains strict confidentiality of client information.
  • Follows Infection Control, Standard Precautions and OSHA standards for the healthcare professional.

Job Types: Travel nursing, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
