- Using a computer and computer controls to run process operations.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start)
- Must be able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as scheduled working 8 to 12 consecutive hours per day on a fixed or rotating shift.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Post-high school education
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and excellent interpersonal skills
