Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications :
- High School Diploma / GED or higher (completed prior to start)
- Must be interested and available in working overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be interested and available in working 8 to 12 consecutive hours per day on a weekly fixed (i.e., 7am - 3pm, 3pm 11pm or 11pm - 7am) or rotating shift (i.
e., Midnights, Afternoons, Days or Days / Afternoons).
Work location :Travel : Does not include travel
