What are the responsibilities and job description for the Permitting Specialist position at 3MG Roofing & Solar?
The Permitting Specialist will be the secondary point of contact for permits. They will be responsible for maintaining and updating reports in a time sensitive environment. Additionally, this position requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with municipalities, to include city officials, permitting department, and inspectors.
Duties and Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with the full life cycle, from approval to final stages, of the permitting process
- Work closely with municipalities on the status of each permit and ensure they are processed in a timely manner.
- Responsible for producing, maintaining and communicating status on permits, inspections, specifications, and other schedules as needed in support of full life cycle permit process.
- Assisting with verification of file approval to certify file is ready for scheduling.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
