Job Title: Compliance Assistant
Location: 40 Liberty Boulevard, Malvern, PA 19355

Job Description:
This position requires an experienced professional who is expected to contribute to and deliver compliance-related processes, in a self-managed and target oriented manner, and thus contributes to team results. These processes and technology solutions include:
· Monitoring and auditing of the company’s Travel & Entertainment (T&E) expenses, Accounts Payable expenses, and other source systems.
· Integrity review and remediation of aggregate spend data via the use of third-party vendor transparency reporting tools, Microsoft Office (particularly Excel & Access), etc.
· Tracking and communicating various compliance training activities provided to company employees.
· Analysis and presentation of various compliance tracking data for stakeholder review.
· Assists with the development and facilitation of ASTAR related training/training materials for the commercial business.
· Assist with ad hoc travel requirements of Compliance Officers.
Skills for the position shall include:
· Strong knowledge in the following: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
· Strong written/analytical/verbal communication skills.
· Capability to interact with all levels of personnel including management.
· Meticulous attention to detail in reviewing information and applying policies.
· Strong results orientation-accuracy.
· Excellent and detailed research and analytical skills.
· Works well under pressure with recognition of time deadlines imposed by management, with time-effective skills to meet these deadlines.
