MIS Technician
Job Posting for MIS Technician at 4 Bears Casino & Lodge
- The MIS Techs will only have work station administrative priviliges.
- Assists the MIS Manager in managing all current networks, systems, hardware and software programs used by the casino.
- Makes recommendations to the MIS Manager on issues regarding systems and network efficiency.
- Reports and logs all programming issues, requests and concerns directly to the MIS Manager.
- Responsible for understanding and complying with the Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS), Disaster Recovery Plan and Operations Manual.
- Repairs equipment and program malfunctions as requested or directed by MIS Manager.
- Provides support to all users on both hardware and software issues by working with department personnel, on a daily basis.
- Responsible for daily and monthly backup procedures and documentation of log files in the absence of the MIS Manager and/or as otherwise instructed.
- Responsible to insure confidentiality is strictly adhered to as a position will have accesibility to personal, confidential, financial, and other critical information.
- Will work closely with the Slot department and Technicians in order to perform troubleshooting on slot machines.
