Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Duties:
- Enter customer orders into the computer. Generate invoicing for route representatives. Order inventory when needed.
- Coordinate with route drivers for special deliveries/pickup
- Coordinate with accounts receivable for billing questions
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Collaborate with team members who are putting together orders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service
Experience:
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Experience with Alliant Systems a plus but not necessary
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in data entry and analysis
- Demonstrated ability to handle difficult customer situations with professionalism and empathy
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and upselling techniques
