Assistant to the Director of Operations
Job Posting for Assistant to the Director of Operations at 428 Health Care
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Operations with the daily tasks of operating multiple Assisted Living Facilities (ALF).
- Visit the ALF's frequently and discuss operational issues with the administrative staff.
- Determine the course of action required and consult with the appropriate people for approval.
- Obtain quotes for maintenance projects, and manage the projects from beginning to end in a timely manner.
- Request and provide updates proactively.
- Assist with the various miscellaneous duties and responsibilities that are common in a working office environment.
- Support other assigned functions.
Requirements:
- Strong multi-project management skills.
- Attention to details.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
- Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm.
- Willingness to handle challenging tasks.
- Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
- Proactive with minimal oversight.
- Willing to take the lead and keep the relevant people updated.
- Prior construction experience is required.
Pay Rate: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour. Depending On Experience.
