Estimated Appointment End Date (Continuous if Blank) Full/Part-Time Full time Job Type Regular Compensation HR Business Partner $61,350 HRM Specialist III $52,250 Job Description Human Resources Specialist About the Position: As the HR Business Partner/Specialist for the Carl Albert Community Mental Health Center in McAlester, OK, this position will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic business partner relationships by working with HR leadership, hiring managers, and employees to ensure HR customer needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This position will be responsible for the life cycle of an employee after onboarding to include, but not limited to, appointment and data changes to employee records, disciplines, and terminations. Ensure that vacancy refill and new position approvals are obtained and maintain facility organizational charts. This position will routinely travel to the assigned facility to meet with supervisors and employees. In this role, it will be important to be able to anticipate HR-related needs of the facility, managers, and employees. Job Type/Salary: Application period: 06/14/2023 – 06/28/2023 Full-time Vacancies: 1 Annual Salary is $61,350.00 Primary Working Hours are M-F; 8-5 FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Alternate Hiring Level: Human Resources Specialist III - $52,250.00 Minimum Qualifications and Experience: HR Business Partner Requirements: A bachelor’s degree and two years of technical human resources management experience to include: job analysis, position classification, wage/salary, benefit administration, recruitment, payroll administration, or accounting OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. Alternate Hiring Level III Requirements: Five years of technical clerical work in which one of the years of experience should be in one of the following: job analysis, position classification, wage/salary, benefit administration, recruitment, payroll administration, or accounting OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. NOTE: No substitution is allowed for the required one year of experience. Special Requirements: Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill all job-related travel normally associated with this position.
