Job Description The U.S. Bancorp Investment Sales Support team supports the inbound calls from Wealth Management Advisor and Wealth Management Associate internal partners. Representative serves as a liaison between these front-office partners and U.S. Bancorp Investment Operations and Supervision. Provides high quality customer service by responding to telephone inquiries, requests and problems. Researches and resolves problems and errors. Assesses Financial Advisor needs for other products and services and either sends the Financial Advisors information about U.S. Bancorp's products and services or refers them to sales staff. Must have excellent customer service as well as, written and verbal communication skills; and keep current on all related products and services as well as general U.S. Bancorp information required to answer Financial Advisors questions. Expectations are to answer all questions correctly. Ensuring that Financial Advisors receive the best possible service. Basic Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent - Two or more years of experience in the brokerage industry Preferred Skills/Experience - Thorough knowledge of investment-related products and services - Proven customer service skills - Excellent telephone, written, and verbal communication skills - Detail-oriented and ability to work independently - Ability to navigate multiple computer applications simultaneously - Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously - Bachelor's degree - Series 7 registration If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.
