The Opportunity Tests Liquid Security product to test the firmware component by applying in-depth testing knowledge to find the key issues in the QA cycle. Job Responsibilities: Roles and Responsibilities: - Perform various QA practices, concepts and procedures to accomplish the goals with development team. Work closely with development team to understand the software specification to come up with exhaustive testplan for the same. Involve in various security related manual testing and benchmarking activities. Work on market, customer driven activities and assist in implementing efficient testing procedures. Document and generate excellent testplan reports and benchmarking reports for internal and external (customer) consumption. Requirements: Required Skills: 5 to 8 years of related QA testing and benchmarking. Experience in working with Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) is a natural fit for this position. Good hands on Linux Operating System. Relevant testing experience in Security domain. Understanding of Cryptography and its various algorithms is added advantage and will be natural fit for this position. Experience in working with Virtual Machines using KVM and Xen Hypervisors is a big plus. Candidate should have good understanding of performance benchmarking. The candidate must have worked on any security protocols testing. Ex: OpenSSL, IPsec. Good to have understanding of firmware, device drivers and PCIe, SRIOv technologies. Experience in automation using Python/Perl is added advantage. Engineer should be able to create/modify the automation scripts required in order to test or modify the existing tools where it is needed. Knowledge and experience with test methodologies, QAprocedures and software release cycle. Fast learner and must have ability to multi-task in a fast paced various QA activities. Educational Qualification: · BE/BTech/ME/MTech/ in CS, E&C, EEE from the reputed institution.
