Project Manager or Engineer - Skill Requirement & Key Responsibilities

  • Construction Document & Plan reading - Review all Architectural Plans and Structural plans for accuracy
  • Review all interior design specifications for accuracy and completion
  • Takeoffs, Estimating & Bidding
  • Ensure Project Profitibility
  • Client communication, education and setting expectations
  • Ensuring a postive and enjoyable client experience
  • Build and mantain subcontractor relationships
  • Understanding of current building practices and practical application in the feild
  • The ability to review and understand design intent
  • Construction Management Software experience (Buildertrend, Plangrid, Build)
  • Selection Managment and data entry
  • Purchasing
  • Problem solving
  • Quality control from an office perspective
  • Managing Selection Deadlines
  • Collaborating with Project Team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
