POSITION SUMMARY | 4C is seeking an executive coordinator/assistant who will gain first hand experience in messaging and strategy within political campaigns and issue advocacy. The coordinator will be responsible for assisting with the firm’s extensive media production and messaging.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

  • Conduct research on candidates, policies, and electoral districts
  • Assist with designing marketing materials for potential new clients
  • Proofread and provide quality control for media scripts and products
  • Take notes on weekly calls
  • Pull images, videos, and content for ads
  • Help prepare for shoots and oversee the editing process
  • Other duties as needed

SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS

  • Major in Political Science, Communications, Advertising, or related field preferred
  • Previous internship or volunteer experience in politics, media, and/or communications preferred
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Proficient with Google Drive
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
