Duties:
- Walk dogs on a regular basis, ensuring their safety and well-being
- Provide exercise and mental stimulation for dogs during walks
- Follow specific instructions provided by dog owners regarding their pets' care
- Clean up after dogs during walks and dispose of waste properly
- Monitor dogs for any signs of distress or illness and report any concerns to the owner
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients and their pets
Requirements:
-Must have car and valid drivers license to get to and from clients
- Must have a genuine love for dogs and a strong understanding of their behavior
- Ability to handle dogs of various sizes and temperaments
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting, as some dogs may be large or require assistance
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Experience working in a kennel or pet grooming facility is a plus
