We are now hiring for a Regional Sales Specialist position in and around the State College area. Mission: To hit sales targets and maintain profitability, as well as position oneself in a professional advisory capacity to customers. Key Activities & Accountabilities: The candidate will have experience selling solutions to clients, preferably in a hospital setting and ensuring that customer service is delivered to the highest of standards. The candidate will be driven by sales and consistently over-achieve on sales targets and objectives through a mixture of new and existing business with a keen awareness of cross-selling additional products or managing new product introductions as they become available and address any problems that arise at the account. The candidate must demonstrate strong knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, customer service, acquisition of new customers, planning, executing, and monitoring all measures necessary to achieving budget. Regular reporting to and collaborating with Sales Managers on the evolution of sales, adaptation to the circumstances of the market, and implementation of new sales plans and effective market strategies will be crucial to position the organization competitively to meet/exceed territory objectives. The candidate will support compliance and the principles of responsibility (Advamed) by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting noncompliance, and adhering to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, accreditation and licenser requirements, and Company policies and procedures.
