Responsibilities:
  • Make and receive phone calls to/from past due accounts
  • Develop positive relationships with customer base
  • Problem solve with customers to help them bring their accounts to current status
  • Make sure that all compliance policies and collection laws are adhered to.
  • Help monitor other collector's activity to ensure proper procedures and guidelines are followed
  • Keep customer's account information up to date
  • Verify new loan packages for accuracy prior to funding
  • General administrative
  • Meet monthly department collection and delinquency goals
We are looking for someone that has attention to detail, has good leadership skills and decision-making abilities, can multitask, can help motivate and direct a small team of collectors, can connect well with people, listen with empathy, and navigate difficult conversations If you really want to help people rebuild their credit and succeed while being rewarded for doing it then you should really give us a call!
